Age: All fathers must be 18 or older and must be a living legal citizen of the U.S. and a resident of Arkansas to win.

How to enter: Register for your chance to win on-line at ArkansasMatters.com by clicking on Contests under the community tab.

How to win: One winner will be chosen by a panel of expert judges from all entries.

ArkansasMatters.com and KARK 4 will notify the winner after the panel of expert judges have chosen the winner for the KARK 4 Father of the Year contest with prize pick-up information.

Nexstar Broadcasting, KARK 4, KARZ 42, ArkansasMatters.com, and its agencies reserve the right to randomly choose an alternate winner if the original winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the panel of expert judges have chosen the winner.

Immediate family members of Nexstar Broadcasting, KARK 4, KARZ 42, ArkansasMatters.com, its agencies, or promotional partners may not participate or receive prizes for all contests.

Unless otherwise specified, winners are responsible for any tax liability and additional costs when applicable to contest.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize/merchandise.

Prizes are subject to change at any time, for any reason, without notice to the public.

Only one entry per person, per household is allowed for the KARK 4 Father of the Year contest.

The winners and all traveling companions of the Father of the Year contest are solely responsible for their own safety and personal health at any time during the KARK 4 Father of the Year contest, including, but not limited to, travel to and from all contest related events.

The winner and all traveling companions are solely responsible for getting to and from all contest events on time for Father of the Year contest.
